Site Based Decision Making Committee

 

The purpose of site-based-decision-making (SBDM) in FWISD is to improve student achievement.  Through SBD, many significant decisions at the campus level will benefit from a consideration of the perspectives of all stakeholders.  These decisions involve adminstrators, teachers, parents, business representatives, and community members as partners in the business of increasing student achievement.
